Systems was formed in December of 2000 and is a dba of
Majestic Properties, Inc. Both companies are owned and
operated by James F. "Rick" Mills and Donna Mills. We
are members of the National Security Association and The
Houston Gulf Coast Alarm Association.
Licensed by The
Texas Department of Public Safety, Private Security
Bureau and The Texas Department of Insurance, State Fire
Marshal’s Office.
Majestic Security
Systems is a Texas State Licensed Security Contractor
and Alarm Systems Company and a Texas State Licensed
Fire Alarm Company.
Our company goal
is to provide our customers with the best and latest
available equipment at a reasonable price, have the
equipment professionally installed, provide an excellent
monitoring facility, and give good service.
Our installation
technicians have over eighteen years experience
installing and maintaining burglar alarm, fire alarm,
and CCTV systems. All our employees go through an FBI
background check and are licensed by The State of Texas
through The Commission of Private Security and The Texas
Department of Public Safety.
Majestic
Properties, Inc. is a full service Real Estate firm for
both residential and commercial properties and was
formed in June of 1979 by Rick and Donna Mills.
Customers of
Majestic Security Systems can rest assured that they
will be treated in a professional manner by a
professionally run business.
Rick and Donna
have over twenty years experience owning and operating a
real estate brokerage company, a property management
company, and a development company controlling over
$32,000,000.00 of income producing properties in the
Houston area.
They have one year
experience managing a large retail sporting goods
business, three years experience owning and operating an
employee leasing company and three years experience
appraising residential and commercial real estate
properties.
Prior to forming
Majestic Security Systems, Rick was employed by a
Houston ADT Dealer for one and a half years. Rick
started as a sales representative and after a year was
promoted to general sales manager. His duties included
selling alarm systems, managing a sales force and
customer relations.
Rick is a Texas
State Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Realtor, and member
of The Houston Association of Realtors, The Texas
Association of Realtors, and The National Association of
Realtors.
Rick was a
corporate pilot for 20 years and managed the flying
operation as well as the companies real estate which
consisted of approximately 2,000 apartment units.
Rick attended the
University of Houston from 1962 to 1964 majoring in
Business Administration and Math.
Rick took various
Real Estate courses from 1969 to 1971 and he completed a
Dale Carnegie Course in 1971.
Rick served in the
Air Force Reserves from 1964 to 1970 as a loadmaster on
C-119s and C-130s.
Rick and Donna's
experience with owning, operating, and managing
different businesses has given them responsibilities and
expertise in all aspects of business.
